" Very Pleased With DryTech Restoration ""

Anthony Pieri and his associate from Dry-Tech Restoration came to my house to examine the water damage from an overflowing sink. The water had overflowed for an hour or more and flowed under a hardwood floor. The area impacted included a corridor, a dining room, and a portion of a living room and wet bar. Several days had passed since the water intrusion and the floors were cupped. Anthony and his associate came equipped with water extraction equipment consisting of flat panels which were taped to the floor and tied through hoses to a suction fan. A dehumidifier was placed near the fan. The fan drew air from under the floor removing moisture. Anthony and his associate checked moisture levels every day until the moisture level reached the normal reading and the panels were removed after 5 Days . The cupping is completely gone. It is likely I will not need to do any repair work to the floors. The chance for mold growth to occur was largely eliminated by the air passing over the underfloor until dry. I cannot say enough about the quick response of Anthony and his associate from Dry-Tech Water Restoration Services and the thorough job they did to insure my satisfaction. I was convinced before I called them that the floors were ruined and would have to be replaced. My wife's mother had passed away the night before the flood and we had several house guests for the funeral by the time I found out about Dry-Tech . We could not rip the floors out at that time and deal with all that goes along with replacing and refinishing floors. I was just hoping that his process would eliminate mold and buy us some time until we needed to replace the floor. I was impressed to see the results. Thanks Anthony and Dry-Tech Restoration.

Drytech is Great They got my Home Right!

We had a mold/mildew smell in our home for a few weeks before it showed up on the walls. DryTech came out the day after we called them, and were courteous, clean, and professional. They removed all of the mold, wiped it all down, and left equipment to dehumidify and to filter the air for a few days. I hope I never need them again, but if we do, we know who we will be calling! Thanks, DryTech.
